Leaders of Democratic Service Youth Organization is an organization for Youth residents of Barangay Baesa. PURPOSE: “To seek every opportunity with simplicity, humility, obedience, and wisdom, and to become proficient in Youth democratic leadership and to serve God, our country, and our fellowmen in the best possible way.” CORE VALUES: L.O.D.S. YOUTH ORGANIZATION shall base its programs on core values, which: 1. Simplicity 2. Humility 3. Obedience 4. Wisdom MORAL VALUES: Liberal, Optimistic, Dynamic, and Successive OBJECTIVES: 1. To acquire a better understanding of the meaning of Youth living and acceptance of its challenges. 2. To develop Youth democratic leadership abilities. 3. To acquire a better understanding of what makes for human relationships. 4. To provide and enjoy educational and social recreation. 5. To create new friendships. 6. To enhance civic consciousness and understand citizenship responsibility. 7. To stimulate personal growth in skills, mental, health, and physical fitness. 8. To earn and practice personal adjustments and good fellowship in a youth democratic society. 9. To meet needs and interests and offer opportunities for group education, cultural pursuits, and experiences. 10. To create opportunities for service to others.
