The Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) Club is a school-based organization which shall envision to create an \r\ninviting and social atmosphere for students of Talavera Senior High School. The organization shall pursue to appeal \r\nto prospective students and other individuals who shows interest in the study of various aspects of TVL. \r\n The organization shall have the following objectives: \r\na.
