\r\nThe TUPI Youth Responder is a civic and non-profit organization to address emergency responses in the said municipality. The organization is committed to its mission of volunteerism to the community to ensure safety and quick response in every critical situation. The organization adheres to humanitarian action that promotes volunteerism and is committed to delivering social welfare services. This organization will serve as the medical response partner of different legal organizations concerning emergency responses and actions.\r\nThe organization is constituted of adolescents and young adults aged 15 to 30 years old in which their role is to deliver a quick response to the community in times of emergencies, accidents, and calamities.\r\nTUPI Youth Responder is committed to its values; service, love, care, protection, unity, and education. The organization is committed to transforming every member to be well-trained in emergency responses and to help the community to be safe and develops a sense of camaraderie and unity.\r\nGenerally, this organization aims the following:\r\n• To preserve life by quick emergency response to every accident, calamity, and any emergencies that happened in the community\r\n• To prevent injury of the patients using first aid skills and knowledge of the youth responders\r\n• Promote the recovery of the patients through social and mental support given by the organization\r\nSpecifically, the organization aims to:\r\n\r\n• To deliver humanitarian actions that will cater needs of the community in terms of emergency response\r\n• To form and mobilizes the youth responder to be involved in emergency actions and responses\r\n• To deliver social services in values equality among members of the community\r\n• To provide real-life experience in medical and emergency responses\r\n• To educate youth responders and the community on handling first aid responses during emergencies and accidents\r\n• To promote solidarity among youth members which enable them to work with respect and care\r\n• To provide opportunities among youth responders with competent skills in emergency response\r\n• To develop competent and skillful youth responders\r\n• To develop discipline, unity, respect, and flexible in dealing with emergency responses\r\n
