Bulac National High School is a medium secondary institution in Talavera, Nueva Ecija headed by Mr. \r\nGerardo P. Vicencio. It is composed of different student organization such as Supreme Student \r\nGovernment (SSG), Youth for Environment Schools- Organization (YES-O), Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD), \r\nand subject clubs. \r\nThe Department of Education Supreme Student Government Program seeks to organize and \r\ninstitutionalize the Supreme Student Government in public and private secondary schools nationwide with \r\na view to make it efficient and responsive to the needs of the student, school, and the community. The \r\nSupreme Student Government plays a significant role in implementing the programs, projects, and \r\nactivities and in upholding the values, principles, and ideals of the Department of Education. The Supreme \r\nStudent Government Organization (SSG) is the foremost co-curricular student organization authorized to \r\noperate and implement pertinent programs, projects, and activities in schools. It lays the groundwork for \r\ngood governance, volunteerism, unity, and cooperation by providing the students various venues where \r\nthey can improve their leadership knowledge, skills, and attitudes. \r\nThe organization aims to:\r\na. help students develop passionate love of country, values, and competencies that will enable them to \r\nrealize their full potential and to contribute meaningfully to building the nation; \r\nb. To help develop a student-friendly, safe, and motivating learning environment; \r\nc. To nurture an inclusive, service-oriented, gender-sensitive, and environment conscious community; \r\nd. To help students to develop self-confidence, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and \r\nto utilize these skills in contributing towards nation building; \r\ne. To empower the students to strive for excellence in the academics, leadership, and social responsibility \r\ntowards being proactive members of the society
