One Twelfth is composed of students and young professionals in the various fields of agriculture, business, hospitality and tourism, and information and technology who came together with the common goal of helping not just the youth, but the community in general and is geared towards the pursuit of public interest. The organization does not focus in a single field or area, and is flexible to any advocacy as long as it is towards the improvement of quality of life of the people within the region.
