The Balud PYAP Organization envision inclusiveness among the youth whatever their status, utilize resources for a series of programs that inculcate life-progress of the wholesome, and a wave of hope in shaping the future of youth in Barangay Balud.\r\n\r\nThe Balud PYAP Organization aims to exercise the voice of the youth to inform and to mitigate such certain causes like mental health issues and other common problems that our generation is facing today. \r\n\r\nThe organization shall have the following objectives:\r\na. To promote inclusiveness and camaraderie among youth\r\nb. To indulge the youth in a different activities and programs\r\nc. To create a SAFE SPACE ZONE/ Purple Desk and Officer\r\nd.
