The Philippine Institute of Computer Engineering Students (PhICES) is the sole organization dedicated to computer engineering students in the Philippines. It is a professional organization committed to empower the interests, welfare, and ideals of computer engineering students through development of a strong and harmonious foundation and professionalizing computing skills for global competitiveness and national progression.\r\nOBJECTIVES\r\n1, To establish stronger ties among Computer Engineering students of Negros Oriental State University.\r\n2. To develop cooperation between the Computer Engineering students in such undertaking relevant to their welfare and interest.\r\n3. To help promote favorable relationship between Computer Engineering students of different year levels.\r\n4. To foster unity and the culture of excellence between members.\r\n5. To help each other in finishing the course.
