The Namnama Youth Volunteers Organization wants to be an organization that develops community leaders that are accountable, inventive, and responsive. It envisions a community where the NYVO produces progressive and high-quality volunteers. It aspires to be an organization that places a premium on the value of leadership and the spirit of volunteerism.\r\n\r\nThe Namnama Youth Volunteers Organization aims to promote the essence of volunteerism in the community. It also aims to cultivate awareness and responsibility towards leadership. Through outreach and community initiatives, the NYVO provides youths with various opportunities to interact both within and outside of the community. It allows its members to develop social response and improve community service.\r\n\r\nThe organization shall have the following objectives:\r\na. To empower the youth of Barangay Namnama, especially the minorities.\r\nb. To promote the essence of volunteerism and action.\r\nc. To engage the youth in community involvement through volunteerism.\r\nd. To organize a series of livelihood training within a target community.\r\ne. To raise social awareness such as teenage pregnancies, forced marriages, voter’s rights, and human rights through deep-dive community activities, intergenerational dialogues, seminars, forums, and documentary videos.\r\nf. To raise environmental awareness through deep-dive community activities, intergenerational dialogues, seminars, forums, and documentary videos.\r\ng. To protect and empower, most especially the youth.\r\n
