The Maralag 4-H Association was created to provide an avenue to the youth to enhance their vocational skills and tool kits for sel-employment and job creation specifically on the out-of-school youth . It enhances the youth with entrepreneurship and life skills as an integral part of their livelihoods. With the trainings provided from stakeholders, the youth will be provided with relevant knowledge and information for attitudinal chnge(positive mind set change).
