The Barangay Nibaliw Sur Y-HUB Organization exists to promote social change by allowing youth to volunteer their time and talents to enhance their communities and their society. Y-HUB organization provides opportunities for leadership that many young people are unaware of. Youth can form a strong support network of other youth who make better choices and can persuade them to do the same. The Y-HUB Organization is allowing youth to carefully develop their leadership potential by involving them in youth activities so that as they grow and learn, they become thoughtful, prepared leaders of society. OBJECTIVES: • To assist youth in becoming responsible, productive and successful adults. • To assist youth in making informed and intelligent decisions about their future and to become self-advocates. • To empower young people to actively participate in society in order to improve their own lives by representing and advocating for their own needs and interests, as well as those of their organizations. •To promote more friendly connections with everyone without any form of bias. • To improve teenage leadership abilities through provision of services. • To encourage young people to develop a spirit of service and a sense of duty with commitment and devotion.
