The AYE is an organization of all youth employee in the municipality of San Manuel, Isabela. In order to involve Youth Employee in the governments\' policy making this organization was created within the Local Government Unit of San Manuel which compose of employees\' ages 30 years old and below. This is to acknowledges the importance of institutionalizing youth participation in the local governance in crafting and monitoring policies of the municipality. It shall be the purpose of AYE to promote a unified and harmonious relationship among its youth employees-members, with the following objectives: a. To extend technical assistance to AYE members; b. To encourage activities among AYE members that will contribute to their personal and professional growth and development; and c. To render service that will promote continuous youth empowerment and development of the San Manueleöo youth.
