The Central Student Council is a self-governing organization of the students at the City College of Angeles which shall pursue programs, policies, projects, and activities toward the protection and development of the democratic rights and well-being of its members in a manner consistent with the CCA Student Code of Conduct and existing laws, rules, and regulations.\r\nThe Central Student Council is a part of the City College of Angeles community and of Filipino society. As such, it shall:\r\na) represent the united and genuine interest of the City College of Angeles’ students, inculcating in them leadership, service, commitment, solidarity, loyalty, and patriotism with integrity, equality, and utmost responsibility;\r\nb) ensure an accessible, affordable and quality education;\r\nc) function as an active forum for student’s ideas and sentiments;\r\nd) instill campus awareness and social consciousness among students;\r\ne) develop a responsible student body that will put the educational opportunity to best possible use and look after the harmony and welfare of the students;\r\nf) seek and advocate educational reforms along nationalist, humanistic, and scientific methods, for the holistic development of the human potential, to respond to social realities and promote academic freedom;\r\ng) promote and protect the rights and welfare of the students;\r\nh) support the ideals of the College geared towards ensuring a holistic development of every student;\r\ni) unite with concerned sectors of the College in the pursuit of the common good of the students; and\r\nj) develop a sense of service and responsibility in the society among students.
