We, the youth of Zamboanga Peninsula and Isabela City, Basilan united in establishing USAD KA ZAMPEN organization shall promote and protect youth rights and welfare, guided by democratic principles, human rights, and empowering leadership, in order to become social agents of progressive change and to realize a just, democratic, and free society, do hereby ordain and promulgate this Constitution. The objectives of the organization are the following:\r\na. To organize unity and leadership development programs for youth.\r\nb. To participate in peace and climate justice campaigns and advocate for\r\nrelated issues.\r\nc. To provide educational and livelihood opportunities to members and\r\ncommunities.\r\nd. To conduct humanist activities that promote empathy, kindness, and\r\nequality.\r\ne. To foster partnerships with other organizations to achieve shared goals.\r\nf. To support the development of young leaders within the Zamboanga\r\nPeninsula and beyond.\r\ng. To promote diversity and inclusiveness in all aspects of the organization\'s\r\nactivities.
