We, the students of Mount Carmel School of Infanta- Junior High School Department, implore the aid of Almighty God desirous of establishing a just and benevolent Student Government that will unite the students, promote and protect students’ rights and welfare, teach respect for law and order, to encourage all worthwhile activities in the school, to provide an active and representative voice of all students, influence impact students’ lives, and to instill academic and national consciousness for the development of the School and students, do hereby ordain and promulgate this constitution.\r\n\r\na. To bring students together and develop their leadership skills\r\nb. To serve and promote fellow student\'s interests and welfare\r\nc. To collaborate with teachers to organize student activities inside and outside the school\r\nd. To promote a Christian spirit of cooperation and understanding between students and faculty, \r\n administration and community at large\r\n\r\n
