Governance, Governance, Governance, Governance
The Junior Municipal Officials and Department Head is a pro-youth organization that aimed to develop audacious, pro-active, and initiative-driven youth leaders through hands-on governance situations of local governance both the executive and legislative processes. The goal of this program is to enable the youth of San Roque to maximize their potentials as catalysts of change and would-be leaders of the municipality. It provides a democratic and accountable governance, promote a safe and good environment and enhance leadership development among young people.
