ABOUT THE ORGANISATION - Optimist Mathematician Educators Government Association (OMEGA) of Camarines Norte College - Ret. Judge Antonio C. Entienza Campus is a students\' organisation enrolled in Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics. The central advocacy of the said organization promotes mathematics education appreciation thru research & extension programs, activities and services to the students of the institution and to the neighbouring community. Organisation members are expected to be the advocates of change and champions of development in the education and society. Members are given the change to gain knowledge and skills and extend services. VISION - OMEGA contributing support in upholding the goals of the teacher education programs and the institution as well as strengthening in mathematics education appreciation thru research & extension programs and activities. MISSION - OMEGA shall respond to the needs of CNSC - Ret. Judge Antonio C. Entienza campus students and in the community cultivating their interest in Numeracy skills/applications and other related education in the field Mathematics. OBJECTIVES: 1. Innovate and develop intervention projects, and relevant extension programs and activities in mathematics education appreciation thru research. 2. Provide assistance and support to teacher & students, and administration & other organization of CNSC - Ret. Judge Antonio C. Entienza campus to other relevant programs, projects and activities. 3. Provide community outreach numeracy (mathematics) related programs and activities for out-of-school youths and struggling learners in the community. 4. Build linkages with other organisations and agencies promoting numeracy skills & mathematics education application competence.
