4H Young Farmers Association of Barangay Nauhang, Sipalay City, is a community-based youth organization in the City of Sipalay. The 4H name represents four personal development areas of focus for the organization: Head, Heart, Hands, and Health. In general, the goal of 4H is to develop citizenship, leadership, responsibility, and life skills in youth through experiential learning programs and a positive youth development approach. This advocates education, environment, health, active citizenship, and economic empowerment. Specifically, this aims to encourage, inspire, and keep the interest of youth in agriculture. This is open for all ages 15-30 Years Old and single – a good opportunity for out-of-school youth to develop their skills and a great place to allocate their time and not in bad habits.
