This organization is an initiation to help the youth through their journey of becoming the hope of the Nation. Its name, Lakbay, is a Filipino translation of the word Journey. It recognizes the fact that the Youth should be guided on their way to the true moral integrity of a Youth as pioneers for community development. \r\nThis is a municipal-based non-government organization which envisions itself to be recognized as an incomparable and outstanding organization within the Province of Isabela as it reaches out its pillar to every Youth in the Province, helping them to be more of themselves in preparation for their greatest impact and involvement to Nation Building. This organization believes that the Nation needs a youth that is developed and equipped with all that surrounds him to better attain competitiveness towards success. As such, the members of this organization despite diversity will share a common goal of giving light to brighten up the path of the Youth to their promised destination. \r\n
