TKYO aspires to empower youth and help them grow as individuals, and it welcomes new challenges by participating in and making a good contribution to the barangay Novaliches Proper. TKYO also seeks to influence the public\'s image as youth from a problem to a vital component of societal improvement. They are able to improve their interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, which helps them build self-confidence. The organization enable youth to develop their leadership potential so that as they grow and acquire knowledge, they can become thoughtful, well=prepared members of society\'s leadership.
