The SIKAP Club is an organization aimed to foster positive values and attitude among VBHS learners. Our dream is to help the youth become morally upright, responsible, trustworthy and God-fearing individual. Give them an awareness where they could experience the joy, satisfaction and fulfillment of doing good and being good and eventually mold them as a role model of Victorians (the VBHS learners)
