The Supreme Student Government of HERMOSA NHS shall promote mutual understanding through social, \r\ncivic, intellectual, recreational, and scientific programs and activities. It is created to help students \r\ndevelop love of country, values, and competencies that will enable them to realize their full potential \r\nand to contribute meaningfully to the nation.\r\nThe SSG have the following objectives: \r\na. Develop love of God and country, moral character, personal discipline, leadership and efficiency \r\namong its members.\r\nb. Train members for effective and efficient leadership.\r\nc. Help the students develop self-confidence.\r\nd. Promote unity among leaders and the student body.\r\ne. Maintain school aspirations to promote quality education and academic excellence.\r\nf. Serve and protect students’ rights and welfare.\r\ng. Represent the studentry in the policy making body of the school concerning students’ welfare
