The Youth for Empowerment and Sustainability shall, for good cause, take the actions as follows:\r\na. To organize, conduct, perform and carry on any activity involving the youth and the whole community parallel to the aforementioned goals;\r\nb. To enter into contracts, arrangements, agreements, or joint ventures with governmental, private, or other organizations to further the achievement of the organization\'s goals, subject to any legal and natural limitations; and\r\nc. To purchase, hold, exchange, borrow, or deal in real and personal property, as well as to construct, build, acquire, lease, purchase, mortgage, and utilize buildings and offices as may be necessary and useful to carry out the organization\'s objectives and those that are incidental thereto, subject to any legal and natural limitations.\r\n
