The organization started July 24, 2021. It was organized to encourage youth in Asipulo to an agent of peace and inculcate volunteerism to each member and to be partner of the non-government and government agencies in the implementation of their programs and services as well as to campaign against illegal drugs and terrorism, enhance youth leadership skills and enhance capabilities and to provide opportunities for the youth to showcase their talent and skills in the different art fields.
