The organization shall envision to help develop a community of children and youth wherein e-sports are recognized as being an integral part of the community today; and such, are invited to contribute to the growth of the s-sports industry. The Organization shall pursue to encourage a culture of respect, equality, and ethical values in eSports (local, national and international) with the goal of setting an example for the field by establishing the proper ecosystem for normalization and interaction between participants, their families and video game industry that it surrounds.
