The Youth Empowerment Organization (YEO) is a youth organization at Barangay Mapno, Palapag, Northern Samar that advocates education, environment, health, peace-building and security, active citizenship, governance, social inclusion and equity, and economic empowerment. The organization pursues youth development and empowerment between and among the youth of the barangay instilling in them the values of an ideal and responsible youth towards nation-building. Further, the YEO aims to:\r\n\r\na. To establish an organization that will promote mutual aid and protection to its members;\r\nb. To promote the moral, social, and economic well-being of all members;\r\nc. To work with non-government and government organizations or entities in the promotion and development of the association and in carrying out government policies and laws that exist.\r\n
