The organization shall envision to uplift the Cagogobngan Youth’s active\r\nparticipation in the different youth empowerment and development programs.\r\nThe organization shall pursue to promulgate and help the Sangguniang\r\nKabataan Cagogobngan in the conduct of its activity. The organization shall have the following objectives:\r\na. To help the SK Cagogobnagn in spearheading its activity.\r\nb. To promote active participation among the youth in the barangay.\r\nc. To promote peace and healthy relationship among the youth.
