The organization shall envision to a community where youth are active and participative in sports and games as a venue for self-expression and skills enhancement. The organization shall pursue to train members as active youth in the community as well as to implement activities that will be beneficial to the members of the CVA that will promote growth and professionalism. The organization shall have the following objectives: \r\na. To promote sports-loving youth and children.\r\nb. To establish a support group for youth who are engage in different activities.\r\nc. To encourage youth to have an active and healthy lifestyle. \r\nd. To help the youth to avoid illicit drugs and other illegal activities. \r\n
