when the Sangguniang Kabataan(SK) Chaiman of San Jose Salay, Buhi, Camarines Sur conducted the Linggo ng Kabataan on December 17, 2022 one of its highlights is to establish a 4-H Club Organization, SK Chairman invited Ms. Ma.
