It started in college under the supervision of the guidance office and it has been noted, on the other hand, that instead of coming to their guidance counselors, students try to address their concerns with their classmates. Teenagers prefer to converse with their peers because they are closer in age and easier to meet. As a result, peers are seen as being more supportive and helpful in assisting them in resolving their issues, particularly personal ones. For them, they act as an immediate means of expression. The essential truth behind students getting involved in other students\' concerns is what helps students relate to peers.\r\n Our strong dedication is reaching out to society by fostering a healthy relationships with their families, friends, and local communities. It aims to empower individuals in harnessing and strengthening their social, emotional, and intellectual talents and potentials. This will also help contribute to their development, adoption of positive values, attitudes, and abilities that will promote the individuals progress and character.\r\n The organization shall envision to imbued with the spirit of fostering better understanding and relationship among the members of the organization. It shall pursue to unite with the common goal that promotes the welfare of all its members and the community. With the following objectives, we shall tap members with interest and abilities to help fellow members in their academic, social and personal concerns. It will provide peers training in both intrapersonal relationship and interpersonal skills. It will provide a “helping resource” to members who need assistance in both academic, social and personal problem. And it will provide guidance counselors and teachers with trained students who can serve as a bridge to members who need help from counselors and teachers.\r\n\r\n
