The Tingog Kabatan-onan Organization shall before front of the Youth\'s rights and welfare, and shall be the model of the youth\'s excellence, grounded on good character, and deep sense of moral values. Objectives: 1. To help the youth develop passionate love of country, values, and competencies that will enable them to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully in building the nation. 2. To represent the youth policy making of the city concerning youth\'s rights and welfare. 3. To help develop children-friendly, & safe environment. 4. To nurture an inclusive, service oriented, gender sensitive, and environment conscious community. 5. To uphold the values, principles and ideals of CSWDO of Surigao. 6. To serve, to protect and to promote the rights ad welfare of every youth.
