DHVSU - University Student Council is the primary representation of almost 44,000 stakeholders (to date)\r\nacross all 7 campuses of Don Honorio Ventura State University at the provice of Pampanga to uphold\r\nthe rights of the students together with the University Administration.\r\nDHVSU-USC aims to address the issues and concerns of every honorian student not just in form of events,\r\nbut for crafting multitude of policies regarding welfare, finance to exhaust the available resources and\r\nopportunities allotted for the students.
