We, the Surigao Education Center Debate League, aims to showcase the skill, talent and empower the Youth in the field of debates; and to enshrined, enhance and effectuate there potential in Public Speaking. We affirm the idea that "Your Voice is your Power" our firm goal is to strengthen the voice of the Youth from Surigao Education Center across borders together with the other youth individuals who wanted to raise there voice at the stage of debate.
