Katipunan ng Kabataan Kinasang-an is a youth organization under the Sangguniang Kabataan Kinasang-an as mandated by Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991. Whereas, the standing members are referred to as KK Volunteers to emphasize the heart of a volunteer towards genuine service of every\r\nparticipating youth of Barangay Kinasang-an. KKinasang-an Volunteers shall envision to be an active and consistent Katipunan ng Kabataan from a city-wide perspective. Also, KKinasang-an Volunteers shall pursue implementing Program, Projects, and Activities or collectively known as PPAs hand-in-hand with the SKinasang-an Officials, that emphasizes the nine (9) centers of youth participation namely Health, Education, Economic Empowerment, Social Inclusion & Equity, Peace Building & Security, Governance, Active Citizenship, Environment, and Global Mobility solely for the benefit of the youth aged 15-30 of Barangay Kinasang-an.
