Paloyon Oriental Youth Organization (POYO) is composed of active officers and members in our barangay from the age of 15-30 years old. The main objectives of this organization are to having a safe space for youth enhancing leadership development among young people and promoting open youth to youth communication and creating opportunities for youth to discover and express their ability and skills of every officers and members by empowering them in the decision making. Promote bonding Social, Emotional, Behavioral and Moral competence, Foster self determination, Spiritually and Belief in the future and provide recognition for positive behavior and opportunities and prosocial involvement
