The Regional Science High School for Region 2 has long been distinguished as a school of excellence wherein both the administration and students consistently unify to overcome challenges and achieve goals step by step. This institution has been a constant powerhouse of students who excel in various co-curricular activities, especially in the field of language. The Board of Remarks is a school-based organization for students who offer their language expertise, leadership, management skills, and/or have an interest in serving the school in order to uphold excellence in the standard of the English Language at the Regional Science High School for Region 2. For the school to develop a good English-speaking environment by providing students with programs and events that are based on contextualized approaches to the English literature breaking the long-held fear and anxiety of Filipino students over the use of the English Language. \r\n\r\nThe Board of Remarks will continually aim to encourage, stimulate, and empower students of the Regional Science High School for Region 2. Furthermore, this organization strives to serve its purpose of developing students’ comprehensive reading ability in various aspects of literature and to aid in their knowledge of topics that are essential for one’s English literacy. This will push students in becoming purpose-driven, ecologically sensitive, and future leaders of the country.\r\n
