Taisan 4-H Club is a rural based organization where membership is open for boys and girls (10-30 years old) primarily out - of - school youth and in school youth who are engage in agriculture and income generating projects. The organization aims to provide opportunities in "Learning by Doing" ; instill volunteerism , cooperativism and dignity of labor; utilize time, talents, and energies wisely and ; promotes fellowship , understanding and good will. It\'s ultimate goal is to develop me head, hands, heart and the health of each member.
