The Agpaysaringan Kabataan Mangyan-Alangan AKMA is a community-based, youth-serving organization founded on 25th of March 2018 by the initiative of Paitan Youth. AKMA aims to strengthen Mangyan Youth leadewrship potentials and rekindles desires of youth selfless service . It also aims to mobilize Mangyan youth to be proactivecitizen of the community, tribe and country. AKMA recognize and sees that every youth has potentialg to reunite and establish good relationship with fellow youth, community leaders and elders. As a community-based youth-serving organization, AKMA conducts and implement various program for protecting the environment, molding advocates for youths rights , awakening youth for current current reality specially on the issue that the tribe is facing, active participation for community activities, uplifting youth desire and selfless service, valuing life, culture and ancestral land.
