The Bayawanihan Youth Coalition is a nonprofit organization dedicated to network youth organizations in the City of Bayawan to work together – the “Bayawanihan“ way, in pursuing holistic youth development.\r\n\r\nAs an umbrella organization, the BYC aims to:\r\n1. Provide avenue for the discussions of accomplishments and draw creative solutions in response to relevant issues in the community affecting young people as a community of young, dynamic and responsible citizens\r\n2. Recognize the role and potential contributions of every youth organizations and its nurturing agencies by creating opportunities that would inspire and boost their morale and commitment to serve the community as future leaders \r\n3. Mobilize youth organization and its mentors to the general youth development direction in empowering young people in responding to local and national events affecting the future of the city and our nation.
