The PYAP is an organized group composed mostly of needy out-of school youth and in-school youth in a given community, within the age 14-24 years old single, male or female organized by YDW\'s.\r\nThe PYAP was registered as a non-stock, non-profit organization with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on July 29, 1974 will registration number 57098. As a SEC registered agency, it has the following objectives.\r\nGENERAL OBJECTIVES: To promote the total development of the needy youth which includes their social, economic, physical as well as spiritual and cultural development to enable them to fully realize their potential to become self-reliant, responsible and contributing citizens to national development. \r\nSPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: \r\n1. To undergo income producing project and skills training necessary for productive employment; \r\n2. To participate in projects and activities along population education and responsible parenthood, nutrition information, prevention of delinquency and drug abuse and management and leadership; \r\n3. To promote and participate in socio-cultural recreational and sports, and community improvement activities; and \r\n4. To participate in workshop aimed of planning, monitoring, assessing and on strengthening projects/activities of PYAP groups and federation.\r\n
