The Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines - Mabalacat Federation is mandated to promote the total development of youth in the city. The federation comprises youth aged from 15-30 years old who are geared towards empowering the lives of one another and mainly, out-of-school youth children/youth (OSCY) and other disadvantaged youth. We aspire to utilize all means to serve the youth through strategies and recommendations formed by the discussion of youth issues and concerns. The federation\'s mission is to create a functional and systematic community that elevates the livelihood of youth through assistance, activities, and programs. With this, we envision a community that has obtained an empowered and transformative life that would ensure the betterment of the society\'s state. Specified objectives are as follows: a) To cultivate future leaders by making them economically productive and socially responsible citizens; b) To gradually and effectively decrease the youth\'s dangerous engagement to vices and the like through transformative programs; c) To address the needs of out-of-school children and youth and other disadvantaged youth by providing assistance and activities that promotes leadership and camaraderie; and d) To ensure that no youth is left behind by making ways for them to pursue a quality education. All this, we abide to assist the government in promoting and protecting the physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual, and social well being of the youth.
