We, the undergraduate students of Palawan State University, a uni-campus university,imploring the aid of Divine Providence, in order to establish a strong and firm Student Government, foster bonds of community strengthened by fairness, respect and unity, uphold our ideals and commitments, instill within and amongst the students the values of excellence, service, integrity, loyalty, peace and leadership, with liberty and equity to all, allegiance to the same and to the Federation in which it stands, do hereby ordain and promulgate our Constitution.\r\nThe name of this student government shall be known as the Campus Student Government of Palawan State University-San Vicente which shall hereinafter be referred as the Campus Student Government, as established by our constitution. The office of the Campus Student Government shall be located at the Palawan State University-San Vicente Campus, Purok Rosal, Brgy Poblacion, San Vicente, Palawan. \r\nThe College Student Government, hereafter referred to as CSG is the Local Government for each College in the Palawan State University including the College of Community Resources and Development. It shall be under the direct supervision of the University Student Government President. It shall have its own Executive Department composed of:The Governor, the Vice-Governor, the Treasurer, and the Secretary for Budget and Finance and all who shall be elected at large by the student body ;Appointed Executive Staff and Committee Heads;The Legislative Department shall be composed of:Eight (8) College Representatives, all who shall be elected at large by the student body.
