BINHI (An Investment of Talents) is a community-based youth organization composed of 61 members from\r\ndifferent barangays in the municipality. This organization aims to boost the self-esteem, and enhance skills and\r\ntalents of children and youth in the municipality ages 15-30 years old. In addition, with the support of the local\r\ngovernment unit of San Vicente, the organization already led the conduct series of talent workshops, trainings\r\npertain to improve the values, culture, character, and provide entertainment to the general public.
