The 4H Club is an organization of rural youth primarily out-of-school youth (OSY) involved on education programs and income generating projects for the four-fold development of Head, Heart, Hands and Health. Rural youth from 15-30 years old. The membership is open and voluntarily. It emphasizes community based projects on agriculture and homemaking. 1. Enables the youth to use their time, talents and energy wisely; 2. Develops youth\'s potentials and 3. Promotes fellowship, understanding and good-will.
