St. Joseph the Patriarch Parish Youth Coordinating Council is an organization of servant-leaders from different chapels and faith-based organizations in Barangay Mabolo, Luz, Kasambagan, and Banilad. We envision a community of committed young believers in the parish; living Christian values who are socially responsible and actively involved in community service and youth formation. Founded almost thirty years ago, as a fruit of World Youth Day held in the Philippines in 1995, our organization strived to support and realize goals of the Commission on Youth of the Archdiocese of Cebu. Our organization promotes Education and Social Services by organizing programs and activities that will help our chosen beneficiaries and allowthem to become men and women for others.\r\nThe St. Joseph the Patriarch Parish Youth Coordinating Council – Mabolo aims to: \r\na) create opportunities for youth development that empower abilities and capacities of youth members; \r\nb) express beneficial encouragement to democratic participation and social offerings for community engagements; and \r\nc) assist youth members to be responsible, holistic, and productive for the parish community, barangays, and community in general.
