Abellana National School – Supreme Student Government is the SSG of Abellana National School located on Osmeña Blvd., Cebu City. The ANS – SSG as established is the same as those in other secondary schools, it is the whole student body in those schools. The SSG comprises officers that are given the power to be the highest governing body of the students. The SSG has objectives that mainly focus on the students’ rights and welfare. The following are the main objectives of the SSG: to help students develop patriotism, represent students in the policy-making body of the school concerning the students’ rights and welfare, to empower and develop skills of students to become proactive members of the society and nation, and to uphold the values, principles, and ideas of the Department of Education. Further, the ANS – SSG \r\nis the umbrella organization of all the recognized school clubs and organizations. This organization also serves as the bridge to connect the goals and objectives of these clubs and organizations for the students\' welfare and the school\'s betterment. Hence, the ANS – SSG Is a school-based organization that serves as the SSG of Abellana National School that aims to lead in serving, protecting, and promoting the rights and welfare of every student in the school.
