BRIEF DESCRIPTION:\r\nGoLead is a youth leadership collective, non-governmental organization that operates under the banner of United Young Leaders Coalition, Inc. (UYLC). Its primary objective is to provide leadership and performance support to individuals who aspire to make a difference in the community through project-based initiatives. A group of \r\nexceptional individuals with a shared vision and a collaborative spirit is envisioned in the establishment of the organization, comprising a team of highly-motivated individuals from different universities and institutions in Cebu who are highly proficient in their respective fields and highly committed to the service of the community. Members of goLead are anticipated to contribute to the collective effort in youth engagement, environmental conservation, appreciation of the arts and culture, and promotion of social equality with their unique, specialized skill set amongst the diversity of backgrounds in the youth organization.\r\nOBJECTIVES:\r\n1. Promote youth engagement through inclusion in projects that address issues revolving around the welfare of the youth and their surrounding community.\r\n2. Advocate for social equality in various sectors of the community through participation in civic movements.\r\n3. Preserve the heritage of Filipino arts & culture through empowerment of such interests in both the academe and in sociocultural institutions.\r\n4. Engage in environmental conservatism and sustainability initiatives through projects that address the issue of the land, sea, air, and community habitation.
