The organization is composed of Agri-Fishery and Arts Strand students of Victoria National High School with the specialized competencies on Agricultural Crops Production NC-I and Organic Agriculture Production NC-II.\r\n\r\nThe objective of the organization are:\r\na. Empower students with agricultural competencies by means of sponsoring agriculture activities, conducting seminars and symposia, and any other endeavors, which will help them excel in the field of Agri-Fishery and Arts;\r\nb. Spearhead all agricultural-related activities in and out the school;\r\nc. Campaign for the intensification of agricultural skills and knowledge in education; and \r\nd. Provide for a challenging training ground where the students can develop leadership, entrepreneurship, innovations, and employment.\r\n
