BRIEF DESCRIPTION:\r\nThe STEM Student Consortium is an independent organization that composes of several student volunteers who are committed to adhering and offering service to their fellow students present in the STEM Strand. The organization focuses on providing activities, events , and academic excellence which will highlight the values of camaraderie, leadership, and great caliber. As an organization, it presents as a statue of just and empowerment that provides macro pathways for every individual to radiate ethical and moral values that will uphold to the Unversitys’ core values.\r\nOBJECTIVES:\r\na. The USJ-R SHS SSC is an independent organization committed to give quality and genuine leadership for the whole Josenian STEM Strand Students.\r\nb. The SHS SSC shall promote mutual understanding among STEM students through social, intellectual, recreational and scientific activities and programs\r\nc. The members of the USJR SHS-SSC believe that the organization should help in empowering and boosting confidence of STEM Strand Students that would lead to self-actualization and excellence.\r\nd. The members of the USJ-R SHS SSC believe that it is beneficial to spearhead events that shall be organized by Josenian STEM Students to improve their leadership, and for the benefit of STEM Students.\r\ne. The members of the USJ-R SHS SSC believe that every STEM Student’s unique capabilities and skills would benefit the whole STEM Student Body in achieving the University’s Mission, Vision and Core Values.\r\nf. The members of the USJ-R SHS SSC believe that the organization is committed to equal opportunities and fairness in our relationship with the whole Student body.\r\ng. The members of the USJ-R SHS SSC believe that the organization will empower and enhance the capabilities of the STEM Students that would lead them to an innovative community.\r\nh. The USJ-R SHS SSC has a democratic state of governance and is a Christian oriented organization that upholds dignity and respects social values.\r\ni. The USJ-R SHS SSC shall establish the quest for fruitfulness and openly contribute opinions and knowledge in order to develop good communication with the members.
