The Isabela State University Cabagan Campus- Supreme Student Council (ISU-SSC) is the highest student governing body of ISU Cabagan Campus- an institution of higher learning in Region II whose vital rule is to provide quality education to students. ISUCSSC has built a reputation across the region for providing exceptional student activities and responding to the needs of the community through outreach initiatives.\r\n\r\nThe objectives of the organization as stipulated in Article II of its Constitution and By-Laws are: It shall promote the welfare of the studentry; It shall serve as an active forum to unite the students for common goals and actions; It shall progressively promote the capacity and commitment of the Student Council Leaders through training, seminars, conventions, and workshops; It shall act as a duly recognized representative of the studentry to the administration and to the educational institutions; and it shall advocate and safeguard students\' rights and privileges against social and economic injustices as stipulated in the student handbook.
