The University Student Council is the highest governing student body of Davao Oriental State University. It aims to implement programs, plans, and activities that contribute to school spirit and community welfare. Under the leadership of the newly elected President, the USC strongly advocates for student entrepreneurship through agriculture, HIV awareness, environmental protection, mental health awareness, digital literacy, and strengthening bonds between school and local leaders.
